When you are in the precious and tender moments of parenting a young family and struggling with your mental health, it can feel overwhelming and often that you “should” know. Many parents say, “it’s like I’m going all day long and at the end of the day, I have nothing to show for it.”  

15-20% of mothers and 1 in 10 fathers experience postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety


The struggles are common, but the experiences can be incredibly isolating.  Anyone from new parents to parents of many children can find themselves in the impossible situation of caring for a new baby and battling a perinatal mental health issue.
