Therapists need safe, structured spaces too

Not just to consult, but to reflect, be challenged, and reconnect with why they chose this work.

At Uplifted, we offer support for clinicians who want to do this work well and with integrity

Whether you’re just starting out or craving deeper professional alignment. We don’t believe in gatekeeping or burnout as a rite of passage. We believe in building skills and sustainability.

Board-Approved Clinical Supervision

We offer individual supervision for pre-licensed clinicians pursuing licensure in Minnesota. These sessions focus not only on clinical growth and ethical practice, but also on helping you find your voice as a therapist — especially in complex cases involving trauma, addiction, or relational injury.

Group Supervision (Bring Your People)

Have a group of 4–6 clinicians you love learning with? We offer tailored group supervision focused on real case consultation, self-of-therapist reflection, and skill building. You bring the people, we’ll bring the structure, insight, and safety to go deep.

Workshops & Trainings

We create learning experiences for therapists who want more than surface-level CEUs. Our trainings focus on betrayal trauma, sexual addiction, enmeshment, and trauma-informed relational work — always grounded in real-world application, strong ethics, and space for curiosity, nuance, and growth.

We host trainings at Uplifted throughout the year, and we’re also available to facilitate custom workshops for clinics, group practices, or graduate programs. If you’re interested in bringing us in for a training, reach out — we’d love to collaborate on something meaningful for your team or community.

Professional Growth Intensives

Sometimes you hit a wall — professionally, emotionally, or relationally. These one-day or multi-day intensives are designed for clinicians who need to regroup, reflect, and realign. Whether you’re navigating burnout, stuck points, or identity shifts in your work, we create space for deeper processing, feedback, and planning for what’s next.

A Note from the Founder

Heather Heide, LMFT, CSAT

I created these services because I know what it’s like to feel unsupported in this field — to be doing deep, emotional work without enough structure, mentorship, or space to process your own reactions. Too many therapists are expected to carry complex stories without the training or supervision that honors the weight of what we hold.

Uplifted was born from a belief in the power of excellent training and intentional spaces to grow. I care deeply about supporting clinicians in becoming attuned, thoughtful, and skillful — therapists who truly understand the unique needs of their clients. And just as importantly, I want to help therapists find their own voice, style, and brand of therapy — one that feels both ethical and fully their own.

This work is hard. You shouldn’t have to do it alone.
